Sauty Integrations, East Africa’s leader in audio-visual solutions, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Lead to drive our growth in high-impact projects and live events. If you are a strategic deal-closer with a passion for cutting-edge AV technology, this is your opportunity to shape the future of experiences across the corporate, entertainment, and public sectors.
🚀 Your Mission
- Lead the commercial strategy for AV integration projects and live events
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, government, and creative sectors
- Oversee client engagements from pitch to delivery, ensuring commercial viability and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop tailored AV solutions
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and financial forecasts
- Monitor industry trends to shape market positioning and partnership strategy
💡 Who You Are:
- A strategic thinker with 5+ years in sales or business development (AV or event production sector preferred)
- Proven experience closing large B2B deals and managing project cycles
- Deep understanding of event production, AV systems, or experiential technology
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented, organized, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
